Everyone employed with New Age Oilfield Services Inc. holds part of the overall responsibility to conducting its operations with the highest standards of integrity and quality within our industry.
Managers and supervisors are responsible for identifying safety needs, communicating hazards, investigating hazardous conditions and incidents, providing training, supplying or wearing of safety and personal protective gear and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and meets legislative safety standards.
All company employees and others on New Age Oilfield worksites are responsible for following all safety rules, following recommended safe work procedures, wearing and using personal protective equipment when required, participating in safety training programs and informing supervisors of any unsafe work conditions. Everyone has the responsibility to REFUSE to do work when unsafe conditions exist.
Any individual that knowingly violates New Age Oilfield’s Safety Program may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination depending on the severity of the incident.
